Applegate has a strong, consistent and highly-qualified staff. We bring a wealth of experience to the program, yet we still continue to observe and learn new things about preschoolers all the time! Teachers attend daily staff meetings, during which they review the day from each of their perspectives, discuss how the children are doing and make adjustments to the weekly curriculum plan, as appropriate.

Our teachers strive to provide a warm and welcoming "family-style" environment for children and parents, planning a weekly curriculum around the interests and abilities of preschoolers. The staff is well trained in child development, facilitation of social skills and fostering readiness for the next level of schooling. Teachers work closely with parents and children to make each child's Applegate experience unique and rewarding.
